• 2D fat can be captured in a common way using a high-resolution CCD camera configured for a specific application, such as coloring 2D fat with Coomassie Blue, Silver Yellow, or fluorescent dyes (eg SYPRO@Red). All models are equipped with a white LED transilluminator.

• The easysience software detects the specified protein spots and creates a list of targets that are transmitted to the selection unit.

• Selected spots will be automatically extracted without contamination and then transported into a standard microtiter plate (96 or 384 wells) or into four standard types via high throughput models In a microtiter plate (96 or 384 wells).
